Bilingual Field Recruiter - Indianapolis, IN

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a motivated, people-driven Bilingual Field Recruiter to support and grow our skilled trades workforce in the Indianapolis market. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, and serving as the face of the company on local jobsites. No prior staffing experience is required — we provide training and support for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Connect skilled trades professionals with steady work by recruiting, coordinating placements, and maintaining strong ongoing communication.
• Be the friendly face employees see on day one by welcoming them onsite, ensuring they’re prepared, and setting them up for success.
• Build real relationships in the field by checking in with workers and client contacts, solving issues quickly, and showing consistent support on active jobsites.
• Help launch careers by partnering with trade schools and introducing students to opportunities in the skilled trades.
• Attend engaging industry events and represent CCS while building genuine connections with contractors and local leaders.
• Collaborate with sales teams to showcase CCS’s manpower capabilities and help win new business through strong operational support.
• Track jobsite activity and opportunities in the field, helping shape smarter decisions for recruiting and growth.
• Support worker development by assisting with skills assessments, training, and certifications that open doors to better jobs.
• Strengthen the local workforce by partnering with community organizations and helping more people access meaningful employment.
• Enjoy a dynamic role that adapts to business needs, offering variety, autonomy, and opportunities to make an impact.

Compensation:

• $45,000-$52,000 Depending on Experience
• Uncapped Monthly Commission

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• No previous staffing/recruiting experience required.
• Must be able to manage high levels of activity and multiple demands.
• Must be highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
• Must have positive attitude and ambition to grow in staffing and recruiting.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Must have a commitment to excellence.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
