Search Engine Optimization Manager

A full-service media agency is hiring an SEO Manager in the Main Line area of Philadelphia for a contract-to-hire position, hybrid, 2 days onsite.

SEO Manager Requirements:

• Typically 6 years of hands-on SEO experience (or equivalent demonstrated expertise).
• Strong technical SEO, content optimization, and link building experience.
• Experience developing and implementing strategic SEO plans and driving measurable results.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Link Explorer.
• Ability to lead client strategy, reporting, and insights conversations.

SEO Manager Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary day-to-day lead for assigned client SEO efforts.
• Develop and implement strategic SEO plans across technical SEO, content optimization, and link building.
• Lead monthly reporting, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify emerging search trends (including AI-driven visibility) and implement new tactics to improve performance.
• Mentor and provide feedback to junior team members supporting assigned accounts.
