E2E Project Manager

A leader in the financial services industry is hiring a Project Manager in Richmond, VA, for a full-time (40-hour-a-week), hybrid (3 days onsite), on-going/extendable contract position.

Position Overview

:The Digital Messaging Operations team is looking for an individual to support the creation and refinement of new and existing email, SMS, and push notification messages for our Credit Card Lines of business. This role partners closely with other technology teams, third-party vendors, and business lines to identify new opportunities to enhance customer experience, leverage testing capabilities to drive business goals, and ensure the successful launch of messages to our customers. We're seeking a dedicated, disciplined professional who excels in a team environment and can communicate effectively with and influence partners across multiple levels of the organization. Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to a dynamic, technology- and agile environment are essential to succeeding in this role

Responsibilitie

• s:Manage the implementation of new messages, including email, SMS, and push notifications, from any point in the process, from initial concepts through deliver
• y.Work with LOB partners to finalize intent and obtain necessary process approvals and requirements, in addition to coordinating the testing and validation of end-to-end processes needed to complete the messages for deliver
• y.Ensure all aspects of risk, compliance, and process controls are well-managed and followe
