IT Project Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Seven or more years of project management experience, including five years leading enterprise Agile programs.
- Proven experience with enterprise Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Disciplined Agile.
- Strong knowledge of portfolio management, dependency management, and financial governance.
- Certifications such as PMP and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) are required; additional certifications in Lean Portfolio Management, AI, or Agile transformation preferred.
