IT Project Manager (AI) Requirements:

• 7 years of progressive project management experience, including 5 years leading enterprise Agile programs.
• PMP and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Fellow certification; AI or Lean Portfolio Management certs preferred.
• Mastery of Agile at scale frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Disciplined Agile) and enterprise Agile transformation experience.
• Advanced data and analytics literacy, including experience with AI/ML pipelines and analytics-driven portfolio decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration / MIS, or equivalent work experience.

IT Project Manager (AI) Responsibilities:

• Set strategic portfolio vision and investment roadmaps in collaboration with executive leadership and enterprise stakeholders.
• Lead enterprise PI Planning, portfolio Kanban, and milestone management using AI-enhanced Agile platforms.
• Govern enterprise risk frameworks using AI-powered analytics to model scenarios and drive executive decision-making.
• Define and monitor portfolio-level KPIs, OKRs, and value realization metrics aligned to business strategy.
• Manage complex multi-vendor, multi-stream programs covering requirements, development, and quality assurance.
