Marketing Automation Manager Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing automation, ideally within financial services, mortgage, or lending.
- Strong hands-on experience with Customer.io and Salesforce CRM (campaigns, flows, reporting, data management).
- Proven ability to execute multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, phone, and direct mail.
- Deep understanding of data hygiene, segmentation, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
Marketing Automation Manager Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and optimize automated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and lifecycle workflows using Customer.io.
- Execute multi-channel campaign strategies across email, phone, SMS, and direct mail to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Own Customer.io and Salesforce integration, ensuring accurate, real-time data flow and campaign execution.
- Develop and manage audience segmentation, suppression lists, and dynamic cohorts using CRM and behavioral data.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance (deliverability, engagement, conversion) while ensuring compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and regulatory standards.
