PSG is partnering with a fast-growing, innovative company looking to bring on a standout Accounting Manager to help scale and elevate the accounting function. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to go beyond the day-to-day — you’ll have real ownership, visibility with leadership, and the opportunity to build smarter, more efficient processes in a dynamic, tech-forward environment.
What You’ll Own:
- Lead the close process (monthly, quarterly, annual) with a focus on speed, accuracy, and continuous improvement
- Oversee core accounting operations, including AP, AR, commissions, and sales tax
- Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and strong balance sheet integrity
- Review reconciliations, investigate variances, and drive resolution quickly
- Partner with leadership to enhance internal controls, policies, and reporting frameworks
- Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and scale processes
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5, building a high-performing and engaged group
- Support audits and maintain compliance with GAAP
What You Bring:
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including team leadership
- Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
- Experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset — able to both lead and execute
- Systems-savvy with experience working in modern ERP environments (NetSuite a plus)
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally
