About the Role
You will play a key role in connecting top candidates with leading companies. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing to client consultation—while leveraging your expertise to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
What We Offer
- Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 base salary commission and quarterly bonus
- Year 1 total on target earnings of $120,000

Key Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking platforms
- Manage requisitions and candidates using Bullhorn
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to ensure strong talent alignment
- Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and provide consultative support throughout the hiring process
- Monitor key recruiting metrics and adjust strategies to continuously improve results
