Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Review and process complex vendor invoices, often involving large datasets and multiple entities.
- Code invoices accurately and allocate expenses across various entities and ownership structures.
- Prepare and initiate domestic wire transfers, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and organized.
- Monitor cash balances and assist with ongoing cash management needs.
- Support deal closings by reviewing purchase and sale agreements (PSAs), coordinating payments, and maintaining transaction documentation.
- Prepare journal entries and assist with monthly close activities.
- Coordinate partner distributions and calculate ownership allocations across multiple entities.
- Assist with annual audit preparation by gathering schedules, supporting documentation, and responding to auditor requests.
- Maintain organized financial records and transaction support for multiple simultaneous deals and investments.
- Support the launch and administration of new investment funds.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Staff Accountant or Senior Accountant experience preferred.
- Background in oil and gas, private equity, fund administration, or multi-entity environments strongly preferred.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and proactively gather necessary information.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial organization.

Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
