About the Role
As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in connecting top talent with leading companies across various industries. You’ll work side by side with a supportive, high-performing team in our Oklahoma City office, where your contributions make a real impact every day.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit top candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
- Build strong relationships with candidates through consistent communication and follow-up
- Partner closely with the sales team to align talent with client needs
- Screen candidates, prepare them for interviews, and guide them through the hiring process
- Negotiate offers and manage the placement process from start to finish
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation in our recruiting systems
- Represent Addison Group at local networking events and community activities
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience (agency experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative spirit and positive attitude
