Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers, applicants, vendors, and other visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Field incoming calls, direct them to the right person, and share accurate information as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring it reaches staff promptly
- Keep calendars updated, schedule meetings, and set up conference rooms for events or trainings
- Track visitor logs, issue badges, and uphold office security procedures
- Background in front-desk work, administrative support, and calendar coordination in a professional setting
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; advanced Excel a plus
- Personable, proactive communicator with strong verbal and written skills
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; relevant experience will be considered
