Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions regarding account servicing and support.
- Assist customers with account questions, payment inquiries, escrow concerns, payoff requests, documentation needs, and other account-related matters.
- Research customer issues and provide clear, accurate solutions while maintaining a high level of service.
- Build trust and rapport by actively listening and responding with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Navigate multiple systems to access account information and process customer requests efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account updates in accordance with company guidelines.
- Identify situations requiring additional review and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Consistently achieve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Previous customer service, call center, banking, mortgage, collections, or financial services experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Comfortable working with multiple computer applications simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
