Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments, external partners, vendors, and technical teams.
- Support program implementations by communicating data requirements, submission standards, timelines, and business processes.
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, visualizations, reports, and executive-level presentations.
- Validate, troubleshoot, and ensure the integrity of incoming data from external partners and internal systems.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Compliance, Operations, IT, Reinsurance, and other business units to resolve data-related issues.
- Lead data validation initiatives, testing efforts, and process improvement projects.
- Support development teams with planning, testing, implementation, and rollout of new systems and enhancements.
- Maintain documentation, business requirements, process flows, and knowledge repositories utilizing Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Communicate technical concepts and data requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Assist stakeholders with reporting, analytics, workflow automation, and business process optimization initiatives.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Program Analyst, Data Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong experience with SQL, Power BI, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions.
- Experience validating, analyzing, and troubleshooting large datasets.
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and executive-level data visualizations.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and project documentation tools.
- Understanding of workflow automation, process improvement, and operational analytics.
- Experience working directly with external partners, vendors, or client-facing stakeholders.
- Experience within insurance, reinsurance, financial services, banking, accounting, compliance, healthcare revenue cycle, or other data-intensive industries is highly preferred.
- Exposure to Python, R, or other data analysis and automation tools is a plus.
- Strong communicator who can effectively bridge the gap between business users, technical teams, and external partners.
- Comfortable working with both highly technical stakeholders and non-technical business users.
- Analytical thinker who enjoys solving business problems through data and process improvements.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and can operate independently with minimal supervision.
