Key Responsibilities
• Maintain, repair, and install HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Troubleshoot boilers, chillers, pumps, compressors, fans, cooling towers, and heat exchangers
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal startup/shutdown procedures
• Monitor equipment performance, temperatures, pressures, and amperage readings
• Maintain alignment of motors, pumps, compressors, and V-belt systems
• Clean condenser tubes, cooling towers, strainers, and related equipment
• Operate steam and hot water boilers and associated systems

Position Overview
Seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial heating, cooling, refrigeration, and mechanical systems within a large facilities environment. This role supports preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, seasonal system changeovers, and daily mechanical operations.
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• Journeyman-level HVAC experience with a minimum of 10 years in the field
• EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics experience with commercial HVAC systems
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and safety procedures
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and pass pre-employment physical screening
Preferred Qualifications
• Stationary Engineer Certification
• Boiler Operator Class A or B License
• Steamfitter Journeyman License
• Heating and Ventilation Journeyman License
• Refrigeration Journeyman License
• Experience with building automation systems and controls
Work Environment
• Indoor and outdoor commercial facilities environment
• Exposure to heat, electrical hazards, mechanical equipment, noise, vibration, humidity, fumes, and varying weather conditions
