This contract position is an opportunity for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work within a school setting located in Natick, MA. Serving multiple locations district-wide, this role supports students from kindergarten through 12th grade. The position is scheduled for 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, starting as soon as possible through October 1st, with potential for extension.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support positive behavioral outcomes
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to guide effective interventions
- Train and support staff in behavior management techniques and BCBA strategies
Qualifications:
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Experience working as a Behavior Specialist in educational settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
