Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1 years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a school setting located in Worcester, MA. This contract position begins as soon as possible and runs through June 16, 2026, with potential for renewal based on performance. The role is itinerant, offering diverse experiences across multiple grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language pathology support to K-12 students to enhance their communication skills
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to design and implement effective intervention plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports aligned with individual student needs
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet the academic and social needs of students across various classrooms

Required Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Eligibility for a Massachusetts SLPA license
• Strong commitment to working within a school environment
• Ability to cooperate and communicate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
