Our client is seeking an energetic Business Development Associate, who will play a key role in driving the growth of the business by generating new client opportunities and strengthening existing relationships. This is a hunter-style sales role, ideal for someone who thrives on proactive outreach and relationship-building.
What You’ll Actually Do:
- Connect with legal leaders and decision-makers — mostly over the phone — to discuss hiring needs, and strategies behind legal team growth.
- Advise clients and candidates like a career strategist — not a salesperson — guiding both sides through decisions that can change lives.
- Own your success: base salary uncapped commission full benefits = true earning potential over $100K
Role Responsibilities:
Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new client opportunities using internal lead generation tools such.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through outbound efforts, including calling, personalized outreach, and multi-channel follow-ups.
- Qualify leads and convert opportunities through a consultative sales approach.
- Consistently meet or exceed established quotas and performance benchmarks.
- Lead contract discussions with professionalism and attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $70k
- 3k bonus upon converted lead
