Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Head of Marketing to build and lead a scalable, data-driven marketing function as the organization transitions from founder-led execution to strategic marketing leadership. This is a builder role in a high-growth environment, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to create structure, drive impact, and shape the future of marketing within the business.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and target organizations with international workforce exposure and engage them through high‑volume, multi‑channel outreach.
- Engage senior decision‑makers (CEO, CFO, Global HR/Operations) and qualify prospects before scheduling discovery meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate outreach and qualification notes in HubSpot CRM to ensure clear pipeline visibility and timely follow‑up.
- Partner closely with senior sales leaders to align on target accounts, messaging, and lead quality, sharing insights to refine outreach strategy.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base =$140k-$160k
- Variable Compensation: ~20% performance-based
- Projected Earnings Year One: $165k - $190k
