Job Description:
Our client is seeking a high-performing HVAC Sales Representative to drive new business growth through proactive prospecting, consultative selling, and the development of long-term service relationships.
This role is responsible for owning the full sales cycle, with a primary focus on self-generated pipeline development and the sale of recurring maintenance/service agreements. The position requires strong technical understanding, disciplined sales execution, and the ability to engage directly with facility decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through disciplined prospecting, networking, and referral development
- Build and maintain a self-sourced pipeline of qualified commercial and industrial prospects
- Conduct consultative sales conversations with facility managers and decision-makers
- Identify operational pain points related to HVAC systems and facility performance
- Maintain and expand customer relationships, including renewal support
- Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure successful delivery
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $85,000 – $140,000 based on experience
- Commission includes incentives for:
