Mechanical Assembly Technician
Build high-end light towers and trailers as part of a skilled production team. Technicians are cross-trained across all assembly stations and must demonstrate strong attention to detail, quality, and safety.
Shift & Pay
- Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM–11:00 AM
- Overtime required; average 50–55 hours/week
- $21/hour, depending on experience
Required Skills
- 1 year of production or assembly experience
- Ability to read technical drawings and color codes
- Experience with hand and power tools and general assembly processes
- Mechanical skills, including bolting, drilling, and operating hoists/cranes
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work effectively in a team and support cross-training
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble light towers and trailers according to specifications
- Cross-train and support other production stations as needed
- Identify and communicate quality, safety, and productivity improvements
- Accurately record material and parts usage in company systems
- Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to company goals
