General Laborer – Manufacturing | $20/hr Overtime
We are hiring a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join a busy manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position supporting the Fabrication and Coating Departments. If you have experience with hand tools, grinders, construction, fabrication, production, or general labor and enjoy staying active throughout your shift, we want to hear from you!
Pay & Schedule
- $20.00/hour
- Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Saturdays, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Mandatory overtime required
- 50-55 hours per week
What You’ll Do
- Perform general labor duties in the Fabrication and Coating Departments
- Clean metal and aluminum materials
- Use an electric grinder to clean welds and prepare materials for painting
- Assist with picking up, moving, and dropping off materials
- Read basic blueprints and measurements
- Operate hand and air tools as needed
- Maintain a steady pace in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
Tools & Equipment May Include
- Hand and electric grinders
- Band and horizontal saws
- Drill press
- Bridgeport
- Calipers, squares, and rulers
- Various hand and air tools
What We’re Looking For
- Basic experience using hand tools and/or electric grinders preferred
- Ability to read and understand basic blueprints
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to communicate in English
- Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable with physical work
- Able to work the full schedule, including mandatory overtime
