Facilities Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Woodbridge, VA, for a Facilities Manager. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and functionality of the organization's facilities. Day-to-day tasks include managing facility operations, coordinating repairs and maintenance, supervising vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role may also involve budgeting, inventory management, and actively supporting events and programs hosted by Prince William Soccer.

• Facility management, maintenance coordination, and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations
• Experience in inventory management and budgeting
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Experience in sports facility management is a plus
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Flexible schedule to support events and programs as needed
