What We offer:

Competitive pay Earn up to $100K with commissions

Monthly car allowance and cell phone allowance ($1,000)

You will be eligible to receive a guaranteed $1,500 bonus for the first 3 months and a $750 bonus for the following 4-6 months, OR commission of gross margin (You will receive the higher of the two)

3-6% Sales Commission achieved on gross margin $100 for each new customer ($200 gross margin sale must be achieved)

Referral Bonus Up to $300-500.
Purpose: Developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. Account
executive works to satisfy customers needs and requests, respond to their queries promptly, and deliver a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.

Gain new customers, improve customer retention, product mix, and volume, and maintain a profitable sales margin.

Suggest applicable and relevant improvements to help customers with everything they need.

Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.

Meets with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our companys relationship with them.

Ensures that the Corporate Mission and Values are followed at all times.
Skills:
-
2 years of sales experience.
-
Food Industry, Hospitality, or Customer Service background required.

Excellent negotiation/communication skills.

Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.

Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
