Purpose:
Lead, develop, and execute commercial strategies in the assigned region to maximize sales, ensure sustained client portfolio growth, and strengthen the brands presence in the protein and supplement market.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the regional sales team.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the team and ensure their achievement.
- Design and implement commercial strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Identify market opportunities, growing segments, and trends.
- Negotiate with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, promotions, and regional marketing campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and propose corrective actions when necessary.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth commercial operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the meat industry.
- Proven experience leading sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analysis tools.
