What we offer:

  • Competitive pay (unlimited commissions up to $100k!).
  • Monthly subsidy for car and cell phone ($1,000). You will be eligible for a guaranteed bonus of $1,000 during the first 3 months and a bonus of $500 during the next 4-6months OR a gross margin commission (you will receive the greater of the two).
  • 2-4% sales commission on gross margin $100 for each new customer (a gross margin of $200 must be achieved).

Purpose: To develop long-term relationships with customers and oversee sales. The account
Executives work to meet customer needs and requests, responding to their inquiries promptly and providing a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Gain new customers, improve customer retention, product mix, and volume, while
    maintaining a profitable sales margin.
  • Suggest applicable and relevant improvements to assist clients with everything they need.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Meets with clients to discuss their changing needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
  • Ensures that the Corporate Mission and Values are followed at all times.

Skills:

  • 2 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in the Food Industry, Hospitality, or Customer Service is required.
  • Bilingual (required).
  • Excellent negotiation/communication skills.
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

Salary : $500 - $1,000
