What we offer:
- Competitive pay (unlimited commissions up to $100k!).
- Monthly subsidy for car and cell phone ($1,000). You will be eligible for a guaranteed bonus of $1,000 during the first 3 months and a bonus of $500 during the next 4-6months OR a gross margin commission (you will receive the greater of the two).
- 2-4% sales commission on gross margin $100 for each new customer (a gross margin of $200 must be achieved).

Purpose: To develop long-term relationships with customers and oversee sales. The account
Executives work to meet customer needs and requests, responding to their inquiries promptly and providing a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Management of a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Gain new customers, improve customer retention, product mix, and volume, while
maintaining a profitable sales margin. - Suggest applicable and relevant improvements to assist clients with everything they need.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
- Meets with clients to discuss their changing needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
- Ensures that the Corporate Mission and Values are followed at all times.
Skills:
- 2 years of sales experience.
- Experience in the Food Industry, Hospitality, or Customer Service is required.
- Bilingual (required).
- Excellent negotiation/communication skills.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
