Primary Services is actively recruiting for a skilled HR Generalist to support a prestigious client in the residential services industry. This role focuses heavily on employee relations investigations involving both internal personnel matters and external customer complaints. The HR Generalist will partner closely with managers and field leadership to identify trends, conduct investigations, analyze data, and support resolution strategies. This position offers excellent exposure to high-volume employee relations work and the opportunity to transition into a long-term role with a large, established organization.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct employee relations investigations involving workplace disputes, policy violations, customer complaints, and field employee incidents.
  • Manage high-volume investigations involving sales representatives and field personnel.
  • Interview employees, customers, managers, and external parties to gather relevant information and documentation.
  • Analyze investigation data and identify trends impacting employee performance, conduct, or customer experience.
  • Partner with managers to address recurring complaints and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain detailed case records and investigation summaries in accordance with company policies.
  • Support resolution of sensitive workplace matters involving employee housing, safety incidents, and interpersonal conflicts.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership on investigation outcomes and compliance recommendations.
  • Monitor investigation metrics and provide reporting insights to leadership teams.
  • Ensure compliance with employment policies, workplace standards, and applicable regulations.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Employee Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR, employee relations, investigations, or workplace compliance experience.
  • Experience conducting internal employee investigations required.
  • Knowledge of employee relations practices and workplace investigation procedures.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience managing high-volume casework in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and HR information systems.
  • Customer service or customer support experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting field-based or remote workforces is a plus.
  • Familiarity with documentation standards, compliance procedures, and case management practices.

Salary : $40 - $45
