Position Overview
The HR Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations and assist with full employee lifecycle processes. This role partners closely with the Human Resources Manager on initiatives that enhance employee engagement and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate hiring activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Assist with onboarding processes and support new hire orientation
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HRIS data
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with internal standards
- Support workers' compensation claim processing, leave of absence administration, and benefits-related tasks
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
- Assist with policy updates and employee handbook maintenance
- Strong oral, written, and listening communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated initiative, leadership, confidentiality, and time-management skills

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
