A leading commercial interiors organization is seeking an Entry Level Sales Support Analyst to support account coordination, order management, and project execution for commercial workspace solutions. The Entry Level Sales Support Analyst will serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, helping ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to identify client needs and prepare quotes and proposals.
- Develop pricing, process quote revisions, and convert approved quotes into customer orders.
- Enter customer purchase orders accurately into internal systems while validating specifications, pricing, and terms.
- Track orders from entry through manufacturing, shipping, delivery, and installation while providing status updates to stakeholders.
- Process change orders, revisions, cancellations, and order adjustments in coordination with Sales, Project Management, and manufacturers.
- Monitor production schedules, lead times, and order acknowledgements while proactively communicating delays or issues.
- Coordinate activities with Warehouse, Dispatch, Installation, and Project Management teams to support successful project execution.
- Assist with project budgeting, scheduling, inventory coordination, and order fulfillment activities.
- Maintain account records, project documentation, and tracking systems.
- Notify Accounting of completed orders and project milestones to support invoicing and revenue recognition.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, pricing, and service.
- Identify opportunities to improve coordination processes and support continuous workflow improvements.
Qualifications
- The title reflects the career path within the organization; however, candidates should have five or more years of commercial office furniture experience.
- Experience supporting pricing activities and complex customer transactions is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Account Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.
