Responsibilities
- Support the planning, development, and execution of Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
- Analyze procurement data and prepare reports that support sourcing decisions.
- Assist with contract lifecycle management, including drafting, reviewing, and coordinating contract documentation.
- Perform strategic sourcing and operational procurement activities across multiple initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support procurement objectives.
- Manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality work.
- Recommend process improvements that enhance procurement effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications
- At least three years of strategic sourcing experience, including managing RFPs.
- Experience supporting procurement, sourcing, or supply chain initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret procurement data and reporting.
- Experience supporting contract drafting, review, or contract lifecycle management.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively within a team.
- Experience with Operational Services procurement and/or Materials procurement is preferred.
