Senior Recording Clerk for a mortgage company located in Anaheim CA.
This is a long-term Temporary position with a target start date of 10/06/2025 and will continue through 9/30/2026. Full-Time ON-SITE, 40 hours/week, M-F. position paying $23.75/hr. Possibility of conversion to hire with the company once Temporary duration, but not a guarantee. Company will complete full background check prior to start.
Essential Responsibilities:
Support real estate transactions by providing a range of administrative and/or support duties to assist title processes as part of a production center, branch office, or member of a title team.
The Post Closing Recording Specialist is responsible for submitting the recordable mortgage documents to the individual recording jurisdictions/counties for recording. This will be done via an electronic platform through a vendor. The Recording Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the recordable documents are fully executed and notarized properly. They will prepare any state required forms and/or review any state required forms for completeness and accuracy. Recording associate will update the system of record on progress, as well as entering recorded information, upload copies of recorded documents, and prepare recorded documents for shipment back to the client(s) The Recording Specialist may also interact with clients to provide data and/or resolve recording issues.
Requirements:
Min 5 years of recording and recording resolution experience with a National Title Company is a MUST
Multi-state recording experience
High School Diploma
