Job Description:
PrideStaff is partnering with a leading industrial wholesale distributor in their search for a dedicated Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to join their team.
The ideal candidate has experience in a business-to-business distribution environment and is passionate about providing outstanding customer support while driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver accurate quotes to B2B customers and proactively follow up on all sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain deep product knowledge across all company lines, including Commercial and Industrial Insulation, FRP paneling, and more.
Collaborate with the branch manager to set and achieve sales goals aligned with overall branch performance.
Deliver exceptional, end-to-end customer service, managing the order process from initial inquiry to completion.
Assist with warehouse functions and other operational duties as needed to ensure a smooth-running branch.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in a B2B distribution environment is required.
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take personal ownership of responsibilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A passion for customer service and a drive to contribute to business growth.
Strong multitasking abilities to handle various sales and operational tasks efficiently.
