- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university; minimum three years’ experience in marketing and/or sales
- Demonstrated success in consultative sales, preferably with high-net-worth clients or large financial commitments
- Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple touchpoints and decision-makers
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility and trust quickly
- Highly disciplined, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
