- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 3 years of maintenance experience.
- In lieu of 3 years of relevant experience, 6 months specific education in one of the following trades: Electricity; HVAC; Plumbing/Fitting; Welding/Fabricating; or Carpentry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid PA Driver's License.
