Premium Program Rate: $36.50/hour $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor supports the individualized service plan for residents by providing leadership and supervision in care community, administering medications, observing treatments, maintaining current health profiles to ensure quality of care and assisting residents with personal hygiene and activities of daily living while promoting independence as necessary or as directed.

- Hold a valid, current Practical Nurse License in good standing.
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
- Experience in Senior Living preferred.
- Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.
- Proven leadership experience preferred.
Salary : $37 - $3,000
