We're looking for a warm, resourceful Office Manager to be the heartbeat of our Boston office for a 3-month engagement. You'll own the day-to-day experience of our space — making sure it runs smoothly, feels welcoming, and enables our team to do their best work.
What you'll do
Be the person who makes our office a place people love to come to.
- Be the first point of contact for employees and visitors — creating an
- environment that's welcoming, clean, and functional
- Own the office budget, keeping amenities consistently stocked while spending responsibly
- Ensure every employee has what they need — available desks, working
- equipment, and a well-maintained space
- Partner with building engineers and property management on facilities; flag and submit work orders when needed
- Enable smooth day-to-day operations — register visitors, support conference room tech, and solve last-minute logistical challenges
- Manage deliveries and vendor relationships, making sure mail and packages reach the right people
- This is a 5-days-a-week, in-office role — you genuinely enjoy being on-site and engaging with the team
What we're looking for
- 3–4 years of experience in office management, hospitality, or operations — ideally in a fast-moving environment
- Genuine warmth and professionalism: you naturally make people feel welcome and set the tone for the space
- Proactive by nature: you spot what needs doing before anyone has to ask
- Discretion and good judgment: you handle sensitive information carefully and prioritize well across competing needs
- Startup-ready: calm under pressure, adaptable, and positive when priorities shift quickly
- Experience with real estate or facilities coordination is a plus
