Loan Servicing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients to clarify important points
• Finalize loan contracts and keep clients informed in rules and obligations
• Remain up to speed regarding lending and other financial services
• Identify customer needs, explore all options, and suggest different types of loans
• Forge trusting relationships and enhance customer dedication
  
  

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of banking computer software and MS Office
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Balance between customer satisfaction orientation and a results driven approach
• In-depth understanding of relevant rules and regulations
  
  

Job Highlights

• 100% remote (US), must work PST hours
• 3-month contract with the potential to extend.
• 1-2 years of professional experience with either a financial institution or payment provider preferred
• Overall understanding of financial and banking compliance policies
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Superb attention to detail
• Excellent time-management skills
• Experience in direct customer-facing roles
• Interested in working within a growing space with teams and partners cross-functionally
  
  

Compensation

• $24.52 - $24.97 /hour Pay Rate
