This Is Not a Traditional Accounting Role. This is a once-in-a-career opportunity for experienced CPAs to step out of the confines of compliance work and into the future of accounting.

Our client is a VC-backed tech company that has found product-market fit, is in hyper-growth mode, and is now scaling aggressively. They are building AI-powered accounting agents that will fundamentally change how tax and audit work gets done, and they need seasoned accounting leaders to help shape it.

They are hiring 20 Tax & Audit Managers and Senior Managers to bring real-world expertise into the product, workflows, and training of next-generation accounting technology.

What You’ll Do

• Translate real accounting experience into scalable AI workflows-Help design, test, and refine accounting, tax, and audit processes that will be automated by AI agents
• Train the system-Work hands-on with data, workflows, and logic so the platform “thinks” like a top-tier CPA
• Collaborate cross-functionally-Partner daily with machine learning engineers, product managers, and designers to build practical, compliant, real-world solutions
• Be a builder, not just a reviewer-Your judgment, nuance, and experience will directly shape how the product works at scale
• Influence the future of the profession-What you help build will be used by thousands of accountants and companies

Who is this role for?

• CPA with 5 years of experience in tax or audit
• Have worked in public accounting (Big 4 or large regional preferred)
• Currently operate at the Manager or Senior Manager level
• Experience across 20 distinct clients and multiple industries
• Are intellectually curious and excited by technology, AI, and automation
• Want to use everything you’ve learned, not start over or move sideways
• Are energized by fast-paced, high-ownership environments
• Want to be in the room where the product is being built
