A long-term care provider in the Saratoga Springs, NY area is hiring a Director of Nursing (RN) to lead clinical operations within a skilled nursing facility. This is a confidential search for a hands-on leader focused on quality care and compliance.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $120K–$140K (DOE)
  • Medical, dental & vision insurance

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily nursing operations and staff
  • Manage hiring, staffing, and team development
  • Ensure survey readiness and regulatory compliance
  • Monitor resident care and facility incidents

Requirements:
  • Active NY RN license
  • 2 years SNF/LTC experience
  • 2 years nursing leadership experience
