What You’ll Do As The Assistant Nursing Home Administrator:
Support daily operations and help maintain a safe, positive, resident-focused environment
Ensure regulatory compliance, support audits, and assist with quality improvement
Partner with staff to deliver exceptional care and address resident/family needs
Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and team development
Support budgeting, expense monitoring, and operational planning
Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (Master’s a plus)
2 years of skilled nursing experience (preferred)
The right candidate will need to be actively pursuing licensure.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with healthcare software and regulatory requirements
