We’re hiring a Regional Director of Nursing (RN) to support a multi-site portfolio across Central New York.
Compensation: $150,000 – $175,000 annually (DOE)
What You’ll Do
Oversee clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities
Partner with DONs and Administrators to drive quality and outcomes
Lead survey readiness and ensure regulatory compliance
Develop and implement Plans of Correction (POCs/DPOCs)
Manage investigations related to clinical incidents (falls, elopements, etc.)
Provide real-time clinical support during high-priority situations
What You Need
Active RN license
Regional or multi-site leadership experience required
Strong background in survey readiness, compliance, and audits
Experience with clinical investigations and performance improvement
Proven leadership within skilled nursing or long-term care
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a clinical leader ready to support and strengthen multiple facilities.
