Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, and tracking business data to project 6 month buy plans for production.
- Assist in developing seasonal and annual forecasts.
- Pinpoint areas to maximize business and identify slow performers to exit before inventory builds
- Manage inventory flow by month into the warehouse by sku and size level.
- Monitor stores sales vs. weekly demand and forecast to achieve monthly/quarterly budgets.
- Work closely with management, production, customer service and logistics to achieve seamless execution of product into the warehouse and to the stores.
- Problem solve for shortages, delivery slides etc
- Identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy
- Monitor and report on selling trends
- Prepare several account and divisional topline reports, including but not limited to weekly account financial reporting and sales tracker
- Assist with adhoc analysis and special projects
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of related experience required
- Replenishment background preferred
- Knowledge of production and sales processes
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Highly skilled in Microsoft applications; specifically advance Excel skills, ie – Pivot tables, vlookups etc
- Learn and utilize company systems
