We currently are seeking an Account Services Lead:
Account Services Lead
- Hands on tactical leader with ability to get into the weeds as needed
- Partners with Accounts, Sales, Distribution functional areas to ensure all markets orders are entered, accurate and order maintenance is complete
- Responsible for training and development of associates
- Trouble shooting business processes, reports, system issues
- Promotes teamwork, collaboration and change
Accountable for:
Order Management
- Ensure client’s delivery goals are met
- Process and follow up on client requests such as tracking deliveries and monitoring inventory
- Resolve client’s customer service issues
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure accuracy of inventory
- Ensure EDI compliance standards are met
- Ensure all orders for the new season are in and in sync with client’s system
- Ensures timely and accurate order entry
- Order allocations and fulfillment:
Review inbound product reports, partner with imports and warehouse, drop picks to
warehouse, manage shortages, work with warehouse on routing requirements.
Daily management of order files daily to review all new orders processed and goods received
- EDI processing and manages EDI hold file, pending file and EDI revisions
- Establish checks and balances to ensure all orders are captured, processed and checked for accuracy
- Point of contact for our retail partners for shipping inquiries, UPC/GXS catalog questions,
Order inquiries, extensions, corrections and maintenance, order confirmations,
- Review, update and retrieve information from external vendor/accounts portals
- Partners with sales to quickly resolve issues that prevent or delay the order management Process
- Support ecom businesses providing product attribute details and images onto customer portals or templates, requiring heavy data entry.
- Work closely with both internal and external business partners. Sales, marketing, Design, buyers, operations, ecom business point person
Requirements
Qualifications/Skills:
- Proven track record as a team leader with an understanding of all EDI and Allocation practices
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience working with Key Department Store Accounts, Clubs and Walmart.
- Proficiency in RLM and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field
- 5 years supervisory experience in operations or related field
Salary Range: 80- 100K *Actual base salary for this role within the above range will be based upon experience, qualifications and/or assigned unit.
