The Payroll & Benefits Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, administration of employee benefits programs, and compliance with all applicable payroll, tax, and benefits regulations. This role serves as a key resource for employees, management, vendors, and auditors while ensuring confidentiality and delivering data-driven insights to leadershi

• on.Manage leave administration, including FMLA, military leave, STD, and LTD claims in partnership with third-party vendo
• rs.Coordinate quarterly 401(k) committee meetings and lead the annual 401(k) aud
• it.Reconcile benefit vendor invoices and ensure timely payment processi
• ng.Prepare reports, conduct audits, analyze trends, and recommend process improvemen

Qualificati

• ons:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business, or related fi
• eld.3 years of payroll, benefits administration, or HR experie
• nce.SHRM certification prefer
