- The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will maintain HRIS data integrity and support payroll/benefits system configurations
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, deductions, and vendor coordination
- Support compliance reporting and filings (including ACA, 401(k), EEO-1, and unemployment)
- The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will generate payroll, benefits, and headcount reports for HR and leadership
- Serve as primary point of contact for payroll, benefits, HRIS, and leave-related inquiries
- The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will assist with audits and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulations
- 3–5 years of experience in payroll, benefits, HRIS, or related HR/finance function
- Hands-on experience with payroll processing and HRIS systems (UKG preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Experience with compliance reporting, audits, or regulatory filings preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
