Qualifications:
GS-11Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience developing and conducting training courses involving radiological control programs such as Radcon, Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality Control, Skills, and Cleanliness.
- Experience initiating course content changes in requirements or technical advances
- Experience developing different methods of instruction when needed to improve a course
- Experience reviewing work practice discrepancy information and auditing work in progress to assess potential changes in course material
- Experience developing course objectives, curricula, training plans, and instructional materials based on verbal or written information on requirements
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience conducting training courses involving radiological control programs such as Radcon, Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality Control, Skills, and Cleanliness.
- Experience maintaining, updating, and reviewing subject matter training courses, instructional material, references, etc.
- Experience utilizing automated computer applications to prepare lesson plans, track qualifications, and develop training aids
- Experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving instructional problems
- Experience restructuring course materials to address specific problems or work situations
