Qualifications:
- Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience preparing and reviewing correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Experience keeping supervisors' calendar and schedules, appointments, and meetings based on personal knowledge of workload and current issues, without prior approval from supervisor.
- Experience receiving visitors and phone calls to accurately and tactfully determine nature of request and refers only to those contacts needing staff attention.
- Experience using a variety of office automation software in support of the organization.
