What You'll Be Doing

As a Medical Production Operator, you'll:

• Perform repetitive production tasks in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
• Dip blades and medical components into silicone materials
• Inspect products to ensure consistency and quality
• Follow detailed production procedures and cleanroom standards
• Maintain strict quality and cleanliness requirements
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready
• Support daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards
• Follow all workplace safety and manufacturing procedures

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates typically have:

• Strong reliability and dependable attendance
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent quality
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, including THC testing
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
