What You'll Be Doing
In this position, you'll:
- Read work orders and follow production specifications
- Assemble corrugated packaging, partitions, and custom box components
- Feed materials into gluing, laminating, and staple press equipment
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and damage
- Verify part numbers and production requirements
- Stack, organize, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Label completed orders accurately
- Rotate between workstations as production needs change
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates typically have:
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and remain active throughout the shift
