What You'll Be Doing

In this position, you'll:

• Operate CNC Hydromat machines to produce precision-machined components
• Load raw materials and unload finished parts
• Monitor machine performance and make basic operational adjustments
• Inspect parts using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Identify defects and ensure products meet quality specifications
• Record production and quality information accurately
• Perform basic machine cleaning and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot minor production issues and report larger concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work with your team to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates typically have:

• High school diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Manufacturing, warehouse, machine operation, or production experience is helpful but not required
• Comfortable working in an active industrial environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
