In this role, you'll play an essential part in warehouse operations by safely moving inventory, loading shipments, and ensuring products are stored and delivered efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing
In this position, you'll:
- Safely operate forklifts to transport products throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks
- Put away inventory and replenish warehouse storage locations
- Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Assist with inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and warehouse organization
- Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating standards
- Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as needed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates typically have:
- Previous forklift operating experience is required
- Warehouse, distribution, shipping, or logistics experience preferred
- Strong commitment to safe equipment operation
- Attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in refrigerated and cold storage warehouse environments
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
